Not sure where to start?
Start here.
Most people who come to Lincoln Pilates Method have tried other things.
Gyms. Group classes. Maybe physical therapy.
They have been doing what they thought were the right things and not getting the results they expected.
That is almost always because the program was not built for them. Ours is.
You don’t need to be flexible.
You don’t need to be in shape.
You just need the right approach.
How It Works
1. Book a Consultation
A full 30-minute introductory session in the studio. We assess how you move, talk through your history and goals, and put you on the equipment so you know exactly what training here feels like.
2. We build your starting plan.
Based on what we see and what you want, we recommend the right session type and frequency. Private. Semi-private. Mat. Some combination of the three.
3. You train with a plan, not a guess.
Every session has structure. Every movement has purpose. You make progress because you are following a program built for your body, not someone else’s.
Common Questions
Do I need to have done Pilates before?
No. We teach you. Most of our clients started here knowing nothing about pilates.
I have a bad back, knee, or shoulder. Is this okay for me?
This is where we thrive. We have worked with clients recovering from surgery, managing chronic pain, and rebuilding strength after injury. Tell us where you are. We will meet you there.
What is the difference between private and semi-private?
A private is one-on-one, completely built around you. A semi-private is a coached session with up to three clients, structured programming, with the instructor adjusting and refining each exercise for every body in the room. Both are serious training. The right choice depends on your goals, your schedule, and how you train best. We will walk you through it during your consultation.
What does it cost?
$68 per private session, $49 per semi-private, $24 per mat class, all when purchased in a package.
How often should I train?
Most clients train one to two times per week. That is where we see real, lasting change. We will recommend what makes sense for your goals during your consultation.
