Session 1: a private, 55-minute Pilates session beginning with a fitness evaluation and consultation of your personal fitness goals. This session includes an introduction to some basic exercises and the specialized pieces of equipment used.
Session 2-4: A continuation of the first session to enhance your familiarity of the Pilates exercises, integration of proper breathing and skill level.
Cost: $50 per session of a package or 5 sessions for $225. (Note: additional introductory sessions may be recommended based on your skill level and goals)
TRAINING OPTIONS
Private Sessions: A private, 55-minute Pilates session, ideal for those individuals with specific goals or special needs.
Cost: $50 per session or a package of 5 sessions for $225
Semi-Private Sessions: You will work with 1 to 2 other clients under the close supervision of the instructor. These sessions are for those already familiar with the basic exercises and equipment. These are 55-minute sessions that must be booked in advance.
Cost: $40 per session or a package of 10 sessions for $350. (Note: individuals must complete the Introduction to Pilates sessions prior to enrolling in the semi-private sessions)
Recommended Attire: Comfortable clothing and socks
